Systems Implementation
▪ Can independently develop SAP complex solutions
▪ Execute Project tasks and activities according to Project Implementation life-cycle, initiation to after live support
▪ Assist in project preparation activities
▪ Maintain project documentation
▪ Liaise with external providers
▪ Assist in quality assurance
Systems Support Services SAP QM/MM
▪ Analyze IT systems issues and provide independent solutions. Seek assistance when required.
▪ Provide IT systems support to business users, including customizing and minor development tasks
▪ Provide software maintenance and support.
▪ ABAP developments for system small Enhancements
▪ Demonstrate how the business processes relates to the IT systems.
▪ Monitor and handle service tickets in ITSM tool.
IT & Business Process Knowledge Management
▪ Conduct IT training to users/key users
▪ Develop and maintain IT training materials and business process documentations
IT Service Management
▪ Collect, provide and update key IT service measurement statistics
▪ Provide ticket and problem management solutions
IT Project Management
▪ Project Management - as Project lead or project member
▪ reporting of project status
