âȘ Alignment with stakeholders from Business in the Regions in order to integrate relevant processes into the regional or local processes.
âȘ Advocate for the Regions to evaluate the centrally defined strategies, concepts & roadmaps
âȘ Communicate demand (Location to CC and vice versa)
âȘ Support the setup and development of the spective role in the local IT organization
âȘ Track and report of local, regional and Tires divisional tasks
âȘ Implement and monitor measures to ensure that IT meets defined standards and requirements.
Projects:
âȘ Implement the initiatives/projects coming out of the central IT strategies in the regional IT and the locations
âȘ Prepare and present project status of the region and location
Communication/Collaboration
âȘ Facilitate networking and collaboration within and across the geographic regions to share knowledge, best practices, and foster synergies
âȘ Facilitate neworking between central and local IT and also Business teams i.e. MTE, Digital Solutions, Keyuser organization
âȘ Moderate escalations between local and central stakeholders
âȘ Conduct knowledge management within the region. (onboarding, trainings, reg. meetings to exchange information in both directions ..)
ITSM Coordination
âȘ act like a functional leader of IT Service Manager in the locations and coordinates all ITSM activities within Region
âȘ consult local IT on ITSM topics and the maintenance of the Service Catalog
âȘ Supports the implementation of the necessary standard ITSM processes to provide optimal support for business processes
âȘ Accountable for the proper documentation in the locations
âȘ Supports testing of ITSM products, training and onboarding
Regional IT Quality and Risk Coordinator
âȘ Coordinatis of regular ITSM Assessments on Regional levelâȘ Supports in alignment with central IT Quality team the implementation and monitors quality assurance measures to ensure that Local IT meets defined standards and requirements
âȘ Ensures the efficient utilization of the Internal Control System in local IT to monitor and improve quality management practices
Regional Project Governance Manager
âȘ Supports local IT to initiate IT risk assessments for their services and advocates the local needs
âȘ Leading the implementation and improvement of IT risk management plans and follow up of measures.
âȘ Support the locations to utilize the Internal Control System to monitor and improve quality management practices
âȘ Support audit activities
âȘ Support GRC IT risk reporting process in the locations as part of the GRC reporting as needed
Regional Project Governance Manager
âȘ local IT PM consulting and facilitating Business projects (i.e. Greenfield, Brownfield) including all necessary stakeholders
âȘ Promoting, utilizing and improving the Conti Standard Project Management Methodologies and tools
âȘ Lead IT projects or IT workstreams in Business projects or coach the local IT PM on request
âȘ Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards through regular reviews of project results and KPIs
Regional IT Architecture coordinator
âȘ act as a strategic bridge between global enterprise architecture standards and local business and technical requirements
âȘ Architecture Planning: Develop and maintain a forward-looking IT architecture that aligns with global standards and regional/local business needs.
âȘ Coordination & Alignment: Collaborate closely with regional/local IT teams, global architecture leads, and business stakeholders to ensure a consistent and scalable system landscape.
âȘTechnology Advisory: Provide guidance on technology selection and implementation and assess IT projects for architectural compliance.
