Overview of the role:
We are looking for Delivery Manager who is extremely passionate about project mgmt./delivery mgmt using Agile methodology for our wide range of cloud-based web / mobile B2B & B2C products targeted towards a wide range of industries and applications. Internal projects/products are also in scope. You will be based in our new ground-breaking innovation hub with an atmosphere of start-up and get an opportunity to work and collaborate with internal and external technology specialist in areas of AI, IOT, VR/AR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall delivery of project/products [ more than one]
- Work with SM/PM, Product owners to resolve delivery issues
- Focus on Delivery governance and KPI
- Lead small group of people and manage their career
- Provide inputs to HoS on staffing, hiring, training needs
- Monitor the billing topics
- Work with assigned vendors on offers, staffing, billing topics
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Ensure the delivery processes are followed by delivery teams
- Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
- Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
- drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
- Support SM/PM in resolving obstacles and overcome challenges
- Increase team morale and motivation there by reducing attrition
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in delivery methods and project management practices.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues to avoid impact on project delivery.
