Development of textile based composite technologies (reinforced rubber, plastics)
Definition of technical specifications and requirements
Support serial introduction of new technical textiles and products thereof, including smpling, lab testing/evaluation, manufacturing, product testing
Provide Materials science expertise, drive knowledge sharing, and support in problem-solving
Central R&D contact for ContiTech worldwide
Maintain our technology leadership, drive sustainability & innovation
Identify and implement optimization potentials
Drive activities to improve and standardize procedures as a part of a lean and agile organization
Lead cross-functional projects
Close cooperation with Purchasing, Process Development, Product Development, Testing labs
