QMP-Project Management
- Monitoring and reviewing of project specific quality actions (FMEA, DVP&R, Control plan,..) and PPAP scope /content conformance
- Pursuing, that the required APQP methods in a project are implemented correctly and moderation of methods
- Pursuing, that customer specific requirements are taken in consideration within the project incl. coaching and support of team members
- Evaluation of test results
- Checking of project compliance with the PLC
- Support and coaching of the project team regarding all quality issues
- Moderating gates, monitoring Gate deliverables during project, verify existence and completeness of deliverables
QMP-Continues improvement
- Continuous quality reporting to project leader (APQP-status report)
- Pursuing that lessons learned are collected and applied
- Demand and support with corrective actions in case the project deviates from the PLC
QMP-Customer focus
- New project customer visit/audit handing and findings follow up
- Preparation of the agreed documents on paper and in the agreed customer portals.
- Arrangements with the customer, sales department and development.
- Key user for customer portal according to instructions of superiors word wide
- New project trail customer compliant handing
