The Technical Trainer is responsible for coordinating and delivering training activities across East-Middle and South-East Europe within the CT EMEA region. The role combines strategic planning, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to support product performance innovation, and customer engagement.
- Execute Automotive Aftermarket training activities across the focus region.
- Coordinate and align training topics within IEMEA to ensure consistency and synergy
- Manage training feedback reporting from the training team
- Develop and implement training strategies in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers and partners covering all aspects of ContiTech Automotive Aftermarket Products
- Coordinate the distribution of training team information across relevant channels
- Provide expert troubleshooting support for product application and performance issues, including complaint management
- Support sales teams during customer visits, plant tours, and application-specific requests
- Deliver technical support for trade fairs, catalogues, and advertising materials
