The Senior Trademark Paralegal will manage and protect one of the company鈥檚 global trademark portfolio, ensuring compliance with international trademark laws and supporting strategic brand protection initiatives. This role involves handling complex trademark prosecution, enforcement, and maintenance tasks, while serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external counsel worldwide.
The key responsibilites are:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee global trademark portfolio, including filings, renewals, oppositions, and cancellations.
- Trademark Clearance: Conduct searches and provide risk assessments for new trademarks and product names.
- Enforcement & Litigation: Manage infringement cases, oppositions, and disputes in collaboration with internal & external counsel.
- Strategy & Advisory: Advise business units on trademark strategy, brand protection, and risk mitigation.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate trademark records in IP management systems, ensure data integrity, and generate reports for internal stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trademark laws and company policies.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Monitor costs and manage relationships with external law firms and service providers.
