As a Production Area Leader you will drive the coordination of production activities within your designated area, ensuring operational continuity, process stability, and high-quality execution. You will secure the right resources, both talent and materials, to meet production commitments and maintain performance.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the production activity in the designated area of responsibility;
- Define, cascade, and monitor key performance indicators;
- Contribute actively to implement actions to achieve key performance indicators;
- Perform actions to ensure lean processes;
- Determine appropriate personnel or materials specific to production to ensure work order requirements;
- Provide input in preparing the department budget and follow up on the financial target (budget, forecast, estimation) for departmental expenses;
- Promote team spirit within production and cross-department, and encourage feedback culture;
- Set objectives aligned with company鈥檚 goals, monitor and evaluate subordinates performance and development plans;
- Act as mentor and coach to all subordinated staff;
- Determine the training and development needs for direct reports;
- Develop and keep up to date the level of expertise of his direct reports to meet and exceed the company鈥檚 objectives and customer requirements;
- Respect internal regulations and procedures regarding environmental protection.
