Additionally, there will be learning events and team activities which will provide you the platforms to learn how to navigate through Conti processes and create your own networking across APAC organizations.
What you can expect after successful completing the program:
路 Land in a Controller OR Finance role within the APAC organization
路 Act as business partner to management by creating a transparent picture of the financial situation, evaluating and proposing business scenarios and implementing guidelines.
路 Manage all Controlling/Financial aspects including implementation of
appropriate financial controls and processes to support the business objectives
路Deep involvement into monthly Forecast process and annual preparation of Budget and Strategy
路 Analysis on profitability and Period expenses
路 Communication of financial aspects of current business, existing financial risk & opportunities .
