HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
In this role you will assist the Quality Department and perform assigned tasks and functions in accordance with organizational instructions, established safety procedures, and ISO 9001:2015 standards as directed.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with various departments to identify best practices, implement processes, and monitor production to ensure highest quality/best value and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with maintaining the quality inspection and testing program for manufactured products.
- Keep supervisors informed of important developments, potential problems and related information necessary for effective process management. Coordinate/communicate plans and activities with others, as appropriate, to ensure a coordinated work effort and “team” approach.
- Support Quality, Process Engineering, and Lean as directed to complete continuous improvement activities.
- Help to create and support process audit system.
- Support to prepare & audit lab tests.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Comply with all company labor policies.
- Actively participate in Train the Trainer Training.
- Take advantage of opportunities to develop self
- Perform any other duties as assigned or required.
