Job Description

Follow up on import and export processes;
Contact the materials planning team to align demands with import suppliers;
Contact the customs service team to align demands with export customers;
Contact customs brokers, freight forwarders and carriers for follow-up and alignment;
Prepare export documentation;
Check import documentation;
Monitor and verify the amounts invoiced by customs brokers, freight forwarders and carriers according to negotiated contracts;
Contact the Purchasing team to evaluate better values in international freight costs;
Propose suggestions for improvements related to tax benefits.
