As Team Lead Product Delivery & Operations (Lousado), you ensure efficient, high-quality end-to-end delivery from feature intake to operation & further development. You will lead the local Product Manager/Product Owner and Operations teams, set delivery and operations standards, and secure smooth execution and operations together with local and global partners.
- Key Responsibilities -
Leadership of Local Teams:
- Lead, coach, and develop the local Product Manager / Product Owner & Operations Teams;
- Responsible for resource planning, hiring process, talent management process, budget planning, and people development;
- Manage resource planning, workload balancing and prioritization across both teams;
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning & improvement across roles and disciplines;
- Act as local key-contact for all delivery, operations and collaboration issues.
Ownership of Delivery & Operations Models, Processes and Standards:
- Define, document, and continuously improve delivery and operations standards, processes and frameworks to assure quality and efficiency;
- Design the KPI framework and mechanisms for delivery and operations quality and efficiency;
- Oversee and assure smooth test planning, execution, acceptance, GTM, support and improvement;
- Monitor and enforce adherence to the defined delivery and operations standards, processes and frameworks;
- Track and report operations quality and efficiency using KPIs;
- Detect execution risks early, escalate when needed, and drive mitigation actions.
Collaboration:
- Act as the central interface between 'Portugal Hub' and global Product Management & Operations in Germany;
- Ensure structured communication & collaboration between Product Manager / Product Owner, Operations, Hardware Systems, Models & Analytics and IT.
Operational & Site Responsibilities:
- Act as main interface with the Continental Solution Center Portugal (CSC) on HR, administrative, and site-related matters;
- Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the Digital Solutions 'Portugal Hub', including capabilities, processes, and workforce growth;
- Ensure ongoing compliance with global and local quality, corporate governance, data protection, and legal standards.
