Your Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager for Open Telekom Cloud (OTC), you will:
- Be the go-to Open Telekom Cloud expert, leveraging your cloud expertise to provide customers with reliable guidance and drive business growth.
- Offer tailored advice to customers, assisting with their first-time use of OTC or enhancing their ongoing cloud performance through consumption growth and upselling strategies.
- Proactively engage customers to prevent churn, using analytical insights and management expertise to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Leverage technical know-how to improve both customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into actionable feature requests.
- Actively contribute to the vertical squads within Open Telekom Cloud.
- Collaborate on the optimization and evolution of Customer Success Management for OTC, delivering impactful results.
- Provide feedback that elevates our “Service Excellence Culture”, ensuring quality improvement across all areas of OTC Customer Success Management.
