Key Responsibilities
⢠Support and operate our DevOps-as-a-Service platform
⢠Handle customer requests and technical issues effectively
⢠Apply bug fixes, patches, and support release processes
⢠Monitor system stability and performance using modern monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
⢠Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and automation workflows
⢠Deploy and manage customer environments ensuring reliability and scalability
