Operate and administer Azure-based cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security of services
Manage incidents, problems, and changes by investigating issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
Develop and maintain automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell, applying DevOps principles in daily operations
Install, maintain, and upgrade operating systems and Azure components, including testing and deployment of new features
