ā¢ Project leadership: Plan/track milestones, manage risks, and drive cross-functional execution from design-in to volume.
ā¢ Customer technical engagement: Capture requirements, discuss trade-offs, ensure spec compliance, and support architecture decisions.
ā¢ Validation & quality: Define/execute test plans (pressure/leak, flow, thermal, vibration); document results and close actions.
ā¢ On-site technical support: Triage, stabilize, and optimize performance at data centers and customer facilities.
ā¢ RMA management: First response, on-site fault isolation, coordinate failure analysis with factory, implement and verify corrective actions.
ā¢ Manufacturing/process interface: Solid understanding of liquid-cooling manufacturing (brazing/welding, cleaning, leak/pressure/helium testing, flushing, packaging, traceability) and close collaboration with the manufacturing team to ensure quality and yield.
ā¢ Market & roadmap input: Synthesize customer needs and trends into product requirements and cost/quality targets.
