Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Functional NetSuite Consultant, you will lead and contribute to exciting advisory, implementation and operate projects across the full spectrum of finance processes. You will be expected to apply your comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite and enterprise finance processes to support, advise, and mentor clients and junior team members on their NetSuite journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Process Design & Advisory: Guiding clients through structured decision-making processes to design and optimize their Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within NetSuite, aligned with their business strategy and transformation objectives.
- Implementation Leadership: Leading or significantly contributing to all phases of NetSuite implementations, including discovery requirement gathering, functional design and configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Data Migration Expertise: Designing and overseeing data migration strategies and execution, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Project Management: Applying strong project management discipline to deliverables, managing timelines, scope, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Mentoring junior team members on project execution best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicating with diverse stakeholdersâfrom C-level finance leaders to operational teamsâto gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
- Change Management: Supporting clients in managing organizational change, developing training materials, and ensuring smooth transition to new NetSuite-enabled processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Assessing clientsâ existing NetSuite configurations and processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and recommending enhancements to maximize system value.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Coaching and developing junior consultants, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative team environment on our continuous growth journey.
