Reporting to : Global Sales Enablement Director
Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to be a pivotal member of our Global Marketing team. This strategic role is responsible for arming our global sales teams with the compelling narratives, tools, and materials needed to win in a competitive landscape. You will act as the critical bridge between our central marketing/product functions and regional sales teams, ensuring our go-to-market strategies are flawlessly executed and our value proposition resonates powerfully with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Sales Toolkit Development: Design, build, and continuously optimize the full suite of sales enablement materials. This includes pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive benchmarks, case studies, and objection handlers that support every stage of the sales cycle.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Lead the GTM rollout for new products, solutions, and commercial offers. You will translate complex product features and market insights into clear, client-centric value propositions and ready-to-use sales narratives.
Sales Training & Empowerment: Develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops for global sales teams. Ensure the consistent adoption and effective use of all sales materials, narratives, and GTM strategies through live and on-demand training sessions.
Commercial Offer Design: Develop industry-specific and solution-based advertising packages (e.g., for Retail, Auto, CPG) to help sales teams proactively address client needs and structure compelling proposals.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Insights, Studio, and Communications teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful message across all sales and marketing touchpoints.
Performance & Optimization: Implement a robust feedback loop with global sales teams to gather insights, measure the effectiveness of materials, and continuously iterate to improve our commercial approach.
Regional Market Specialization: Act as the primary enablement partner for our North American sales organization. You will be the expert in adapting global messaging for the highly competitive US market, focusing on key client verticals and the specific needs of major agency holding companies and mid market agencies.
