JOB DETAILS
Base pay starts at $22.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday, overtime as designated
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely lead the activities of team members in the production of quality products
- Guarantee and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist in training and coaching of new employees
- Ensure onboarding and training requirements for new employees are met
- Maintain open communication in motivating employees to meet quality and productivity goals
- Utilize problem solving techniques, team building strategies and process improvement tools to meet or exceed goals and objectives
- Know and understand all operations within the assigned area
- Be approachable for employee questions and concerns at all times
- Assume production responsibilities of Team Lead in his/her absence
- Other related duties as assigned
- Speak English and Spanish fluently
- Prioritize Safety – for yourself and others
- Keen eye for Quality
- Experience working on a manufacturing line
- Work with a sense of urgency
