The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency across operations. - Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Develop and update standard work and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Apply Lean problem-solving techniques to identify and eliminate waste.
- Lead cross-functional projects, coordinating with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Utilize Inventor or AutoCAD to design layouts, tooling, and process improvements.
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the plant.
- Support ergonomic and safety initiatives to create a sustainable work environment.
