CCH is in search of a caring and empathetic Care Assistant to provide dedicated support to the local people of St Andrews, Carlton, Gedling , ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include

• Companionship – being a friendly face & preventing loneliness
• Personal Care – all aspects of personal hygiene
• Medication – collecting prescriptions & providing reminders
• Mealtimes – preparing tasty meals
• Housekeeping – keeping their home just the way they like it
• Mobility – help with getting around

The Successful Care Assistant will ensure this is done with the highest level of understanding and dignity for our clients.
