College Aide

Hours: Part-Time - 35 Hours

College Aides are permitted to work up to 17 hours per week during the school year, and full time (35 hours) during the summer. Please note you must be a student enrolled in an accredited college or graduate school to be eligible for the position.

The NYC Department of Design and Construction's Safety & Site Support Division seeks a College Aide. The candidate will support Safety & Site Support Units’ programs and processes in Construction Safety, Quality Assurance, Land Surveying, Geotechnical Investigations, and/or Environmental and Hazardous Materials Services; assist with monthly report preparation
and periodic review/revision of procedures; data entry and updates of various applications and databases; and support the Division with record keeping, data review, scanning, archiving and record maintenance.
