Under the general supervision of the Administrative Manager, with some latitude for independent judgment and decision-making action, the Community Associate will assist with maintaining and providing reports for the department, driving meetings, taking minutes, and will serve as the department liaison with the Information Technology department.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing reports utilizing NYCHA applications such as Maximo, OBIEE & Data Warehouse.
- Scheduling, organizing, driving, and documenting (taking meeting minutes) for all department meetings.
- Serve as the department liaison with NYCHA鈥檚 IT department, which includes submitting intakes and attending meetings regarding Maximo and other application enhancements.
- Assist with Department鈥檚 Weekend Schedule when needed.
