Our Employment team in Amsterdam is composed of 12 ambitious and collaborative lawyers, including a Partner, a Counsel, two Senior Advisors, two Senior Associates, three Associates, and three trainee lawyers. The team’s primary focus is advising clients on strategic issues, giving you the opportunity to handle a diverse range of matters from day one. This includes advising on executive-level hiring and dismissals, designing remuneration policies, conducting investigations into issues like #MeToo and integrity breaches, and offering strategic counsel on incentive plans, (cross-border) restructurings, works council disputes, employee data protection, complex transfer of employees matters, pensions, and outsourcing. You'll work with top-tier international clients, including leaders in technology, fintech, and other corporate sectors.
