Job Overview:
As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.
Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet every guest who enters the facility with genuine hospitality and respect
- Deliver exceptional phone performance by connecting with guests, confidently communicating the value of recommended services, and maximizing opportunities to capture and schedule business
- Clearly present the best solution for properly repairing each guest鈥檚 vehicle in a way that is easy to understand
- Consistently recommend and sell services with confidence while maintaining honesty and integrity
- Direct, coordinate, and actively participate in guest service activities throughout the repair process
- Manage the store鈥檚 workflow effectively and efficiently to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Ensure all approved repairs are performed to proper specifications and quality standards
- Provide shuttle service to guests as needed in a CBA-branded vehicle
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a strong, team-oriented atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members and assist others as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
