Job Overview:

As an Intake & Parts Specialist with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with a warm and positive attitude. Your role is essential in creating a lasting first impression and setting the tone for our guests' experience.

You will be responsible for managing the intake process, ensuring that all guest information and vehicle details are accurately recorded. You will also coordinate with our technicians to assess parts needs, order necessary parts, and maintain inventory levels. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Receiving and ordering parts for vehicles that are in the repair approval process
• Entering parts information into work orders
• Managing in house parts inventory
• Initiating and documenting parts returns
• Initiating and following up on warranty claims with vendors
• Move vehicles from intake spots to stage for the next step in the process
• Perform guest follow up calls
• Dispatching vehicles to technicians
• Shuttle our guest
• Various other administrative tasks and light janitorial duties as required
• Potential to move into a Service Writer if desired
• Other duties as assigned
