Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, including monthly and always-on initiatives
Review and coordinate campaign assets such as copywriting, visuals, timelines, and budgets across channels
Support performance marketing execution by monitoring results, reviewing reports, and recommending optimisations
Act as a day-to-day liaison with external partners including UGC creators, KOLs, merchants, and workshop partners
Support loyalty programme operations, including partner coordination, customer queries via CX, and performance tracking
Coordinate in-store messaging updates across stores, working with Retail Ops and Creative teams
Maintain marketing data and reporting, including campaign performance tracking and month-end requisitions
Provide operational support for offline activations, including event setup and on-ground coordination
