We鈥檙e looking for a user-obsessed, data-driven, and hands-on Business Team Lead to champion supply growth and agents selling experience on Nh脿 T峄憈 (Property). You will lead initiatives that grow and improve our agent inventory - acquiring and activating agents, while partnering closely with functional teams to build an effective and trusted property marketplace for millions of Vietnamese users.
Scope of work
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply growth team: set goals, coach capabilities, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Actively gain deep understanding of the property market and agent behaviors through user interviews, field research, competitor benchmarking, and data deep-dives. Translate insights into clear opportunities, hypotheses, and priorities for supply growth.
- Build and execute a supply growth plan across the agent lifecycle. Work closely with team members and also roll up your sleeves to drive day-to-day execution with strong project management and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with Product/Tech to improve agent selling experience. Join discovery, define problem statements, and support solution design to improve conversion and retention outcomes.
- Own supply growth performance dashboards and reporting; monitor key business metrics across supply health, traffic, leads, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to vertical leadership.
- Ad hoc projects assigned by the Head of Department.
