About the Role
This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition function. You鈥檒l play a key role in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience from first contact to onboarding.
Beyond execution, you鈥檒l gain insight into how hiring decisions are made, how workforce strategies are shaped, and how technology and automation are used to improve recruitment effectiveness. This role is designed to give you meaningful responsibility while developing strong evaluation, communication, and operational skills in a dynamic business environment.
You will learn how to:
Evaluate talent beyond keywords and identify high-potential candidates using structured thinking and role-fit analysis
Translate resumes into clear, data-backed hiring recommendations for decision-makers
Understand how hiring managers assess capability, performance indicators, and long-term potential
Manage stakeholder coordination across multiple functions while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience
Track and optimise recruitment pipelines with operational discipline and data accuracy
Conduct structured reference checks and support onboarding workflows with professionalism and attention to detail
Apply AI tools responsibly to enhance screening quality, improve efficiency, and strengthen hiring decisions
Think critically about recruitment processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
