Responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing high quality nail services and maintaining spa standards throughout all procedures.
- Possess knowledge of the spa鈥檚 manicure and pedicure treatments and the products used, their benefits, and ingredients and be able to communicate these to guests.
- Provide excellent nail services to all spa guests as well as grow guest requests for services.
- Follow all established treatment protocols for the proper and consistent execution and do so within specified timelines and without deviation.
- Assists guests with retail product selections and educate them on correct use.
- Meet or exceed retail goals.
- Notify spa desk personnel of service upgrades and / or changes.
- Display professional appearance and conduct at all times with both guests and other team members.
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and work related area in accordance with room standards on a daily basis.
- Assist in training of nail services to new employees.
- Complete all established checklists, housekeeping items, stocking of stations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform any and all duties assigned by management.
