ā¢ Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance as prescribed or assigned.
ā¢ Install, repair, and perform periodic maintenance to sprinkler and irrigation
systems.
ā¢ Safely and effectively operate lawn mower, weed trimmer, edger, chainsaw,
power trimmer, and other equipment used in lawn and ground maintenance.
ā¢ Safely and properly apply chemicals including but not limited to fertilizers,
herbicides, and pesticides.
ā¢ Plant grass, trees, flowers, and shrubs using gardening tools.
ā¢ Maintain drive ways, parking lots, and walkways by removing debris, litter,
snow and/or ice.
ā¢ Assist with basic maintenance to equipment.
ā¢ Other duties as assigned by management.
