Responsible for keeping the buffet serving line and associated storage areas
properly stocked, clean, and orderly.
- Retrieve food items from kitchen and storeroom areas to replenish the buffet serving line.
- Visually monitor to ensure that food meetings quality standards.
- Deliver and store food in kitchen area; ensure food is properly rotated and kept in a neat, organized manner.
- Adhere to sanitation and safety policies and procedures at all times.
