and maintain accurate bank.
⢠Maintain cleanliness of bar area by removing used glasses, napkins,
emptying ashtrays, and wiping bar top.
⢠Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
⢠Prepare written requisitions and orders for bar stock.
⢠Maintain and replenish ice supply.
