- Resolve equipment operation discrepancies with internal personnel, gaming regulatory agency employees, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance. Investigate deviations noted in slot management reports.
- Organize machine placement on casino floor, which may include the coordination of installations, moves, and conversions.
- Confer with manufacturers and vendors in a professional manner regarding slot equipment and parts. 路 Assign and maintain work schedule for the slot repair staff.
- Utilize parts manuals and maintain an organized inventory.
- Develop and monitor periodic maintenance schedules to maintain efficiency of slot machinery.
