Overall scope: To be point person for day-to-day internal support of Lattner Entertainment Group鈥檚 gaming and amusement route operations for the entire Service area.
Key responsibilities include:
路 Train individuals for various service support roles
路 Provide direction and leadership for same
路 Monitor dispatch to ensure service personnel are routed efficiently
路 Monitor volume of calls to reposition techs as needed
路 Be the first line of communication for the service techs and resolve or facilitate there needs accordingly
路 Establish and maintain positive business relationships with location/customer clientele
路 Establish and maintain positive business relationships with regulators, outside vendors, etc.
路 Effectively identify and address customer and personnel issues in a positive manner
路 Establish, maintain and oversee various service related policies and procedures
路 Monitor and refine procedures to attain and improve overall efficiencies
路 Prepare and provide various reports to management
路 Communicate effectively to management, direct reports, regulatory entities, vendors, etc.
Minimum job requirements include:
路 Must pass background check
路 Must have or ability to obtain state licensure as required
路 Must have and maintain clean driving record
路 Past field service experience required, preferably in some aspect of bar/tavern gaming or amusement operations
路 Must excel in troubleshooting and repair of electronic devices and components
路 Formal electronics training/ two year degree or commensurate experience
