Act as the Emergency Response Lead within the Fast Response Crew, ensuring rapid mobilization for assessment, containment, and site security within tier鈥慴ased SLA timeframes.
Execute immediate stabilization measures at the site, including flow diversion, temporary pumping, and ensuring area safety by isolating power sources and ventilating hazardous gases.
Conduct thorough inspections to determine damage condition and severity, using specialized tools such as CCTV pipeline cameras, Non鈥慏estructive Testing (NDT), ultrasonic testing, and thermography.
Plan and oversee dewatering and excavation activities required to access and inspect buried infrastructure or submerged assets.
Coordinate logistics and expedited mobilization of major mechanical and electrical components, as well as heavy equipment including cranes, scaffolding, and high鈥慶apacity dewatering systems.
Secure all required Permits to Work (PTW) and No Objection Certificates (NOCs), ensuring strict compliance with facility protocols and international safety standards.
Supervise the dismantling and replacement/repair of pumps (submersible and dry鈥憌ell), blowers, gearboxes, valves, and penstocks.
Oversee removal of damaged concrete and piping, manage excavation and formwork, and supervise concrete pouring and installation of new GRP, HDPE, or ductile iron pipelines.
Supervise isolation and replacement of damaged electrical panels, sensors, and cabling systems.
Oversee dry testing and wet commissioning of restored assets to ensure proper functionality and operational integrity.
Manage site cleaning and demobilization of temporary equipment after service restoration is confirmed.
Compile and submit complete intervention reports - including before/after photo documentation and material manifests - within required project timelines.
