1. Handle order processing:
- Verify information before entering orders into the system by product lines. Minimize the wrong orders during entering into the system.
- Recognize repeat error and solving routine issues, problems, refer more complex issues to higher level.
- Transfer full documents set to CS in lead time limit. Inform to CS when order information are not clear/discrepancy.
2. Coordinate with other departments:
- Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary.
- Collaborate within team & another team to clearing order pending daily.
- Support CS in paper work or similar taks, especially to print out orders in Saturday.
3. Checking and auditing:
- Control and manage order in daily then pass to Production as schedule, make sure no missing order.
- Manage and record timeline to receive and complete order.
