- Manage the full product lifecycle to optimize the portfolio, ensuring clinical and technical data remains accurate through collaboration with RA/QA, Sales and R&D.
- Define short-term product plans and long-term roadmaps while providing market-focused input for new product development and launch processes.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns, newsletters, and trade show strategies while delivering comprehensive product training to internal and external teams.
- Monitor market trends and product profitability to implement efficiency improvements and competitive positioning strategies across the range.
- Build supportive partnerships across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure products meet both company objectives and market needs.
