ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
You will be responsible for planning and purchasing supply of intercompany items from ASEAN Plants to ANZ Distribution Centres (DC) to ensure customer promise & level of service is achieved and sustained.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
ASEAN Plant Supply Planner (50%)
To perform the Supply Planning tasks for ASEAN coater plants, both RYP (Rayong, Thailand) and BGP (Bangi, Malaysia).
Being the contact window of Non-ASEAN and Non-ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) order inquiries and communication.
Following up the orders with Non-ASEAN and Non-ANZ in order to utilize RM (Raw Material) inventory and plants capacity per forecast.
Raising Non-ASEAN, Non-ANZ and Non-Inter sites SOs (Sale Orders) on the ERP system.
Maintaining of SOs data, to ensure that SOs due date are up to date and pricing is correct.
Communication to Order fulfillment and Demand team regarding the changing of supply including; supply source change, supply item change and tentative transition period.
Reviewing and maintaining Item planning parameters of WIP (Work In Process) and FG (Finished Goods) that are supplied by plants to ASEAN DCs (Distribution Center) on ERP system.
Generating plants RM & FG slow moving & expiry inventory projection report and summary. Working with RM and Production planners on updating of root cause analysis, actions and progress status.
Generating ASEAN Inventory report and monitoring inventory level.
Being part of the improvement projects. In charge of cost-benefit analysis from a Supply Chain perspective.
Performing any other related assignments as assigned by the superior.
ANZ Logistics Coordinator (50%)
Import Ocean/Air rates procurements - monthly rates request, monitoring bidding process and award vendors to manage the daily import freight forwarding process.
Coordination with buyers, DCs and freight forwarders - track and communicate incoming shipment dates, import clearance and delivery schedules from ports to DCs.
Maintain and analyze ocean/air freight vendor performance and maintain freight cost anlysis/reports.
Participate in regular meeting with freight forwarders, analyze and escalate issues to managers, regional freight procurement team and freight forwarders.
Reconcile and approve vendor invoices.
Own and maintain logistics related parameters in ERP system.
Proactively monitor changes in customs regulations and trade policies, advising internal teams on necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
Contribute to Supply Chain process improvement initiatives.
