As the Logistics Coordinator, you will support all import and export activities, playing a crucial role in our global supply chain.
- Manage warehouse operations and daily deliveries, ensuring efficient coordination of logistics processes.
- Prepare shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and Free Trade Agreement drafts, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Process sales orders and coordinate vessel bookings with shipping lines to optimise cargo space and delivery timelines.
- Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accuracy of Customs documentation and adherence to international shipping regulations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and SAP reconciliation, monitoring stock levels to prevent discrepancies.
- Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies, conducting regular safety audits and equipment inspections.
