Step into a pivotal role where safety meets innovation. As EHS Manager , you will drive Environmental, Health, and Safety excellence at two premier locations in India ,our Bangalore Plant and our Coimbatore Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Operational EHS Management: Manage day-to-day safety operations for India Bangalore Plant operations , implementing global corporate EHS programs and ensuring strict adherence to Safety, Health and sustainability goals.
Risk Assessment & Control: Conduct thorough risk assessments, on Safety behaviors and implement robust control measures for chemical hazards and flammable liquids to avoid any recordable injury. Consistent drive for Near Miss.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance and safety law as per state and central regulations, environmental regulations, maintaining a deep understanding of the full lifecycle of chemical management from handling to disposal.
Safety Systems & Technical Expertise: Apply expertise in manufacturing and plant equipment to maintain a safe environment in our operations, Drive BBS (Behavior Based Safety) across both the units.
Continuous Improvement: Provide guidance on new environmental legislation and green chemistry practices, fostering a strong safety culture through coaching and feedback.
