Ocean Shores is an independent retirement village, located moments away from Mount Maunganui beach.
As our Property Manager, you'll be a member of our village leadership team, and will contribute to the quality of life of our residents by ensuring our buildings and assets are well maintained (and compliant) through proactive management and execution of our maintenance plan, budget, and schedule.
This role is a true mix of management and delivery, as not only will you be responsible for supervising one on-site maintenance person and managing a network of local contractors, you will also be 'on the tools' when needed.

This is a full-time opportunity working across Monday - Friday although there may be an occasional requirement to be available after hours,
