Assistant Cost Manager/ Cost Manager (Flood Alleviation)
Here’s what you’ll do
As an Assistant Cost Manager/ Cost Manager, you will be expected to work as part of a team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects for flood alleviation schemes. In addition you will be expected to work with an Associate to successfully cost/commercially manage, coordinate and deliver -water projects.
The role will cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design, procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phases.
Additionally the role involves providing client-side cost/commercial management support during all stages of the project delivery lifecycle from option studies, option development, and construction tender support through to NEC contract administration and on-site delivery.
