We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resident Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our engineering department, you will oversee and manage large-scale construction projects for private developers, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide on-site engineering expertise and leadership throughout all phases of construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals and timelines are met
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to complex engineering problems
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team
