We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Process Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for Design and process for wastewater treatment plant.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
- Generate conceptual layouts, designs, and process schemes for wastewater treatment plants.
- Perform process design calculations and analyses for physical, chemical and biological treatment systems.
- Design sludge treatment systems (thickening, digestion, dewatering) and odour control systems.
- Develop wastewater treatment process models using BioWin (or equivalent).
- Complete hydraulic calculations, including pump sizing and yard piping hydraulics.
- Prepare basis of design documents, technical reports, construction specifications.
- Perform Hazardous Area Classification for electrical and mechanical equipment in treatment facilities.
- Participate in HAZOP and CHAZOP studies to identify and mitigate process and control hazards.

Vendor & Equipment Coordination
Project Management Support
- Work with the Team Leaders to develop proposals, scopes of work, project work plans, budgets, schedules, and safe work plans.
- Participate in client meetings, technical reviews, and progress reporting.
