- Lead and manage a team of design engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Develop and review plumbing and fire fighting system designs for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
- Ensure all designs meet local and international building codes and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, structural engineers, and project managers
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct quality assurance checks on design deliverables
