Project Overview
We are hiring for the position of Project Manager- Airport Utility Buildings for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. The Project Manager - Airport Utility Buildings will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of utility building projects within airport premises. These include facilities such as powerhouses, substations, water treatment plants, administrative buildings, and other essential utility structures. The role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with AAI standards, and delivering high-quality results within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of airport utility building projects, ensuring alignment with AAI standards and project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure strict adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including AAI officials, regulatory bodies, and contractors, to address concerns and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed AAI standards and specifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and sustainability guidelines as per AAI and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, technical documentation, and compliance records to AAI and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization.
• Drive innovation and sustainability in the design and construction of utility buildings, incorporating energy-efficient and environmentally friendly practices.
