We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Roads, Civil, or Infrastructure Engineer with industry experience to join our expanding team.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- You will be ready to take the next step in your career, delivering and coordinating design packages on complex infrastructure programmes.
- Manage and lead to the engineering design on a diverse range of projects including major highways (TII Publications), bus infrastructure (NTA standards), and active travel schemes (DMURS/NTA Cycle Design Manual). Current projects range from concept to construction stage.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet AECOM quality standards, and are managed effectively to time and budget.
- Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team, interrogating outputs from other disciplines (e.g., drainage, structures, environmental).
- Work directly with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders, guiding them through technical challenges and statutory approval processes (Part 8 / ABP / SID / EIA).
- Support and coach junior engineers, contributing to AECOM’s culture of growth and continuous learning.
