Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator – CSA (Pre & Post) with 15 years of expertise in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, including pre-award and post-award activities, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of contract law, negotiation, and administration in complex, high-value semiconductor projects.
Responsibilities
Pre-Award Contract Management:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements for semiconductor projects.
- Coordinate with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure contract terms align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support bid and proposal processes, including contract risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Post-Award Contract Administration:
- Administer CSA contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including change management, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor contract performance, compliance, and deliverables; maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve contractual issues and ensure timely execution of obligations.
Risk & Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks through proactive monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SOX, ISO).
- Support audits, contract reviews, and compliance reporting.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for CSA contract-related matters with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Provide timely updates and reports on contract status to project management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate resolution of disputes and contractual issues.
