The RAMS Expert will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of metro systems throughout their lifecycle. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong engineering background and extensive experience in RAMS processes, standards, and methodologies. The candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing system performance, minimizing risks, and ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement RAMS plans and strategies for metro systems.
- Conduct reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety analyses to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
- Perform Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
- Ensure system reliability and availability targets are met through effective design and operational strategies.
- Develop maintenance strategies to enhance system performance and reduce downtime.
- Conduct Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis to optimize maintenance costs and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards, such as EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate safety risks.
- Prepare and maintain RAMS documentation, including safety cases, reliability reports, and compliance records.
- Ensure all RAMS activities align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
